Energy Bites

Want some easy and super yummy snacks?? Try these from Riches to Rags by Dori!!  These took about 10 minutes to make and there’s no baking necessary.  I stick them in a plastic bag and bring them to work for an easy snack. David loves them for breakfast.

You can substitue flax seed with ground pecans or walnuts. You can also add dried cranberries.  That gives it just another level of sweetness!
